How do you package your orders without plastic?
We use 100% plastic-free packaging, including recycled cardboard boxes, paper tape, and compostable starch-based packing peanuts. Every part of your shipment can be recycled or composted at home.
What is your return policy for personal care items?
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used personal care products like toothbrushes or soaps. However, if a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are actively working on expanding our logistics to offer carbon-neutral shipping to more countries in the near future.
Are your products truly vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, we prioritize ethical sourcing. The majority of our catalog is vegan, and we strictly vet our suppliers to ensure no animal testing is performed at any stage of production.
How can I track my eco-friendly delivery?
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier to update the status of your sustainable shipment.
